Founded by recruitment professional Neville Washington (MA Cambridge University, who played a key role in setting up the Scottish offices for both Harvey Nash and Odgers Ray & Berndtson - both leading global recruitment companies. He was formerly Chief Executive of the Coal Authority - the regulatory body for the UK coal industry). We have experience of the recruitment process from both sides of the table in both public and private sectors and across a range of disciplines and industries in Scotland.
